Should We Change Or Should We Undo Change?

Change has become the current global Buzzword for solving most problems. Everyone is talking of it and trying to CHANGE like never before. If organizations are not doing well then the usual conclusion is that they have not Changed with times and a " Change Strategy " is evolved and a " Change Process " put in place .

If nations are having problems then it is not unusual to see leaders talking about " Change " .

Motivational speakers and most leadership programs will never tire of expatiating the virtues of change and also the dire consequences of not changing .

Counselors will always advocate " Change Yourself " if you want to improve a strained relationship . But CHANGE from what ? No one talks about that .

What is the reference point for change ? How do we know what to change and what not to change ?

Do we have answers to the following questions ? Why do millions of people across the world , including in wealthy nations , go to bed on empty stomachs ? This is in spite of the fact that Nature has provided so much that it can produce and feed ten times over the current global population ,

Why are millions of lives getting affected due to violence in the name of religion .? Why so many people get killed due to meaningless war ?, . Why do Companies only think of top lines and bottom lines ?

You will observe that the problem lays in change .

Change has occurred and that is why :

Nations no longer follow their constitution . The great people who founded nations always thought about internal prosperity through global peace

Original preaching of the religions has been distorted to suit few individuals. We all know that , no religion in this world preaches violence or hatred .

Companies deviate from their Purpose and Core Values to keep the business analysts happy . Founders of great companies have " Service to community ' as the Core to their business .

If Change from the original state is the root cause for so many problems across the world , then the question I would like to bring to your attention is : Should We "Change" ?

Or Should We "Undo Change "?

Should we not endeavor to " undo Change " and revert to the natural state that ensures peace and prosperity at the individual level across the world .

If change is the ONLY CONSTANT then should we not keep UNDOING IT .

How To Get Your Employer To Pay For Your College Degree - Part 2

If your employer pays tuition, you can get your college undergraduate degree or graduate degree, you should also find out if they provide time off to present at classes.

Some college programs are kind in giving the student a certain number of working hours to attend classes during the day as an alternative of having to go to college classes at night or on weekends.

Before you sign up for this tuition aid, you should also find out what the requirements are for keeping that college tuition aid flowing.

There one more regulation; you must provide an official college transcript at the end of each semester so that the employer is informed that you are achieving good grades and going to classes and they aren't wasting their money.

You should also find out if there are restrictions on how long you can take to complete your college degree. What happens if you get sick or if you have a personal problem and have to suspend college classes for awhile? Will you owe your employer the tuition? Consider these questions!

Check with the college or university you are considering to see if their part-time and business courses allow for students to complete homework or projects for credit that relate to your job. This is going to make your life easier.

You can do your homework and complete projects on the job and not have to find extra time to do additional assignments.

And, your education will be more incorporated, since you will get a job and experience the principles and concepts you are studying in college classes.

Write down any other questions you would like to ask about your tuition aid from your current or prospective employer and be confident that they understand that you want to get this college degree and education to be more of a benefit to the company.

Before you make this commitment, you should also be sure you fully understand the time and efforts required to get your degree and work full time. Some people are better suited to this routine than others.

If you are not prepared, willing and able to manage the demands of your personal life, your school work and your job, you may need to change your prospect about getting a college degree.

How to Get What You Really Want Out of Life

There are no limits to the amount of happiness, health,
wealth, success, or love that you can attain. The only
limits that exist are the ones that are created through
limited thoughts, words, actions and attitudes.

It's quite simple how this works. Wherever you find yourself
manifesting circumstances in your life other than what you
planned for then be assured that there are limiting beliefs
at work in your life. A limiting belief is a belief that you
are certain is true about yourself based upon past
experiences.

These limiting beliefs can look like:

'Good things never happen to me'

'I don't deserve to be happy'

'Rich people are greedy'

'Life wasn't meant to be easy'

These beliefs and thousands more like them are like huge
rivers of thought flowing beneath the surface of your mind
and whenever you try to make a positive change in direction
in your life you ultimately end up struggling with these
undercurrents.

That's why people who try to change habits like smoking or
being overweight will 90% of the time end up right back
where they started from despite have successfully achieved a
result they were happy with.

The key here is to understand that your subconscious mind
has way more influence in your results than your conscious
mind. Psychologists claim that only 10% of our mind function
is conscious. 90% is subconscious. This gives you an idea
why it might appear so hard to make life changes.

The great news is that I'm going to show you to get what you
really want despite any self-sabotaging thoughts or beliefs.
The simple fact is that all you need to do is change your
beliefs. To do this is as easy as 1-2-3.

Step 1 is to choose a belief that will support what you want
to achieve. Let's say you want to. Let's say your goal is to
find work that you love. Then a belief that would support
that would be, 'I am so happy to be getting paid for work
that I love!'

Notice that I use present tense when expressing the new
belief. That is because your brain does not know the
difference between what you imagine and what is real. As you
write out your belief, get a picture of it in your mind.
See, hear and feel yourself sitting at your desk, or doing
whatever it is you will be doing as if you are already
there. This is called visualizing your goal.

Make sure you repeat your affirmation and visualize your new
belief for 5 minutes before you go to bed and for 5 minutes
upon awakening every day. Continue to do this until what
you want has become a reality in your life. The point here
is that we use our mind every day for things we don't really
want, need or desire. So why not spend just a few minutes
each day affirming what really matters.

Step 2 is to take consistent action towards achieving the
result you want. In the example above it could look like
checking the 'positions vacant' section of the newspaper of
internet, calling up companies that offer the kind of work
you are looking for and organizing an interview or resume to
be sent. Then spend a little time each day taking action
that reinforces your new belief.

Step 3 is to never give up on your dreams. Don't let anyone
or anything be the reason you fail to get what you really
want. Ultimately there can be any number of excuses why we
settle for a life less than what we want or deserve. The
secret is to recognize these excuses and then make a
decision to stay focused on what you really want.

I'm not suggesting you spend a lot of time on this. Even
just 5 minutes a day will be significant to help change your
old beliefs. What matters is that you keep it top of mind
and make it a priority every day.

Lastly, the fastest way to burn away old annoying beliefs
and habits is to spend some time in gratitude for what you
already have. I do this each morning upon awakening. My goal
is to find 10 things each morning to feel thankful for
before I get out of bed. I not only think about those things
I spend a few moments feeling them deep in my heart and
soaking up the joy that these things bring to me.

This sets the tone for the day of joy and I find that I seem
to attract much more to be grateful about each and every
day. I'll leave you with this quote from my latest book:

"When you focus on what you DO have, it increases; When you
focus on what you don't have, you will have less. When you
focus on your capabilities, they grow; When you focus on
your health, it improves!'

How To Achieve Your Goals

Last new years eve, I made a powerful decision to change my life. As the clock started ticking closer towards midnight, I started to psych myself up. I made the decision to stop settling for second best, and to start taking massive action. I didn't want to go back to the same old thing next year; my boring life. Even though my life isn't perfect, it has certainly made a dramatic improvement since that point. Unfortunately, this scenario isn't very common, especially for the average person. I believe that we could all improve our lives if we have enough determination, and enough commitment. If you want to change your life as badly as I did on that faithful new years eve, then this article was designed for you. Here are five steps towards changing your life and achieving the life that you truly deserve:

Step One - Make A Commitment

Without a commitment, you have already failed before you have started. Changing your life takes a lot of hard work, courage, and motivation, something that cannot be achieved without a strong commitment.

Step Two - Decide What You Want

What goals would you like to achieve? What results would you like to achieve? Before you develop an action plan, you must firstly decide what it is that you want.

Step Three - Work Out How To Get What You Want

Whats the best way to achieve the things you want? Research will determine the best way to achieve your goals, and the necessary steps that you must take.

Step Four - Develop An Action Plan

Develop an action plan that is easy to understand. Any action plan should include step by step instructions towards achieving the results you would like to achieve.

Step Five - Start Taking Daily Action

Daily action is the only way you are ever going to achieve any results. Even if you are busy, there is no excuse for not taking any daily action. If you cannot spare thirty minutes each day, then something is completely wrong with your time management.

All Change starts with a massive commitment. From there, you must figure out what you want, develop an action plan, and start taking daily action. If you follow these steps correctly, you will eventually achieve success in no time.

Your First Step To Balanced Life - Make Room for Enough

Ever notice how striving for more can leave you bloated or overextended, depressed, imbalanced, and wondering, "Is this all there is?"

Perhaps this is an occupational hazard of a deep commitment to learning and growth. There is so much to know, so much to experience, so much to accomplish! Trying to do it all can foster a gnawing hunger that belies the fact that our minds and stomachs are full, and by trying to do even more our life balance is lost. If constant striving is not the answer, what is?

I suspect the answer has to do with devoting at least as much time and energy to developing our capacity and as we do to accruing material goods, information, or accomplishments. In other words, we need to make room for enough. For noticing when we have enough. For noticing when we are truly hungry or truly curious. For noticing that we are enough, just the way we are.

Making room for enough is the first step to achieving and maintaining a balanced life. We make room for enough when we sit in the dentist's office simply noticing the present moment instead of diving into a magazine.

We make room when we walk to the post office even if it takes longer than driving.

We make room when recycle the stack of magazines we don't have time to read. We make more room when we cancel a subscription or two or transfer them to the library.

We make room when we meditate--even for just ten minutes and even when we're bad at it.

We make room when we listen as carefully for offers of assistance as we do for requests for our attention or time.

We make room when clean off our desks.

We make room when we wash windows so that we can enjoy the light streaming in.

We make room when we visit an old friend in a nursing home.

We make room when we pray.

We make room when we get up early-not to work out but to watch the sunrise.

We make room when we prepare a meal and then sit down to eat it with someone we care about.

We make room when we turn off the radio or television.

We make room when we sing in the shower.

We make room when we pay as much attention to what we can give as to what we can get.

We make room when we pretend that we are enough, just the way we are.

Here is the secret that underlies all life balance: You are enough.

How will you realize the natural flow of life and experience your enough-ness this week? It can be your first step to understand what it means to live a balanced life.

The Presence Of Life

Dear Loved Ones,

Have a wonderful day as you choose to. I love you. I love you. I love you.

Tools for life

The Presence Of Life

The presence of life in all that we are and all that we see.

The presence of life in all that we do and all that we accomplish.

The presence of life in wherever we are and in whatever we are doing.

The presence of life in whatever we hear and within whomever we hear.

The presence of life within and without.

The presence of life within our hearts and Souls.

The presence of life within every cell, atom, molecule, and fiber of our being.

The presence of life within our minds as thoughts and as creation.

The presence of life within our destination.

The presence of life Right Here, Right Now.

The presence of life wherever we end up.

So … What is the problem?

There is no problem within life. There is only expectation of what should be.
Agree or disagree? I appreciate your honesty.

There is no problem within us. There are only perceptions of ourselves and the expectations we have of ourselves.
Agree or disagree? I appreciate your Authenticity.

There is no problem, only solutions aiding us from our creative minds.
Agree or disagree? I sincerely appreciate your reflection.

There is no problem, only our illusions.
Can we perhaps change our choice of words in this case to make it more applicable?
Can we say that problems are what we perceive problems to be?

Really go into it. Really allow yourselves to go into these questions.
Take a deep cleansing breath and allow your inner self to give you the answer.

Am I making a big deal out of my circumstances?

And Now I invite you to really be sincere with yourself here and recognize what is going on in many parts of the world including here in the U.S. Open up to really get this message.

Down times and up times are part of the human evolution. Sometimes we feel bad, down, stuck angry, sad, disappointed and so on. We totally accept this.

However, again bringing our attention to parts of the world where there is serious chaos, destruction and instantaneous end to life here at this time. Destruction on all levels taking place. Destruction of God's Gifts for us to use, Not misuse.

Look closely for how fortunate you are in your life.
Look closely to the abundant flavors of food, clothing and all kinds of luxurious things and services. And even how fortunate we are to have the perfect religious or Spiritual environment to attune ourselves to our callings and to ourselves and to all that is.
And how fortunate we are to be, do and have...

Truly we are fortunate. Yes we as well experience pain and suffering. Yes we do experience lack and limitation. However to what extent?

So what is truly the problem? The big problem. The giant problem. The so grand problem. The unfix-able problem. Is it within me, you or others? Or is it our minds playing tricks on us? Or is it the misuse of our minds and intentions? Or is it our overdue expectations? Or is it that we want LOVE? LOVE? LOVE?

So what and where is the problem?

Each individual will come up with their own unique explanation to this question. I respect all of your answers. And I invite you to experience FREEDOM in your answer. For you are worthy and deserving of living a life in the present. A Life of Unity and Oneness to create Wholeness within and without.

The presence of life is within you, me and all. Let us respect and cherish our life.

With gratitude I cherish this opportunity to share this Insight with you for we are all one.

I love you. I love you. I love you.

Please feel free to share this Insight with your friends, family, co-workers and enemies to bring Unity and Peace to the world. The time is here. Let your light shine.

May the love, light and the blessings of God and the Universe surround, protect and heal you, your loved ones and the planet earth.

With Love, Gratitude and Respect

Truly, With God All Things Are Possible

The Secret to the Law of Attraction - Good Vibrations

I have been aware of the Law of Attraction for a few years now and there has been proof in my life, both good and not so good at different times, that this is the real deal. Very simply: What you think about and how you feel about it is what you attract.

A few months ago, I had just finished reading "The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent: Living the Art of Allowing" by Esther and Jerry Hicks (The Teachings of Abraham) that morning. I had been in a really good space and actively practicing raising my good vibes. I am not kidding you--I was actually feeling giddy with joy and appreciation.

Later that day, I leash up my two dogs who themselves are giddy with joy at the idea of an outing, and head to my car to run some errands. Something is wrong. My car looks shorter. Then I look down and see that both tires on the passenger side are completely flat. Upon further inspection, I see that they have been deliberately slashed. Whoa! How could this happen? I have no enemies. I am nice to everyone I encounter in my neighborhood. Was this a random act of vandalism? What the heck was going on? I have been vibing extra good vibes, for crying out loud.

So I trot over to my neighbor who was working on his car and ask if he has an air compressor, which he does and we inflate both tires and do a makeshift patch so I can get to a tire store and buy new ones. It plugs into the car lighter thingy so he has me take it along so I can inflate the tires again if need be. Good thing because there was a 'need be' about halfway there. Luckily I soon found a tire dealer open on Sunday. When the guy removed the front tires, it was discovered that my brakes were worn down to the near nubbin danger level. He showed me. Yikes.

Immediately, I flipped my switch back to the good old joyful-giddy place and am thankful that some creepy little punk slashed my tires so that I could become aware that I need to replace my brakes. Hmmm. This good vibe stuff can be challenging. And that is no secret.
